   All items are handcrafted, and due to the nature of handmade products, they may have unique imperfections. I strive to create each piece with care, but please understand that these imperfections are part of the charm of handmade items.

   I take great care in packaging the items to ensure they reach you in the best condition possible. However, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please handle items with care, especially those made from acrylic, vinyl, wood, and paper, as they are delicate materials.

   Clients are responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, bumps, drops, pulls, or scuffs after receiving the order. I recommend handling all items with care to maintain their quality.

   - Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

   - Returns will be at the client's expense.

   - Returned items will receive a store credit.

   - Exchanged items of the same value and weight will be shipped free of charge once ordered.

   - Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

   - I will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction before creating your custom order.
