Processing Time:

As each item is made by me, I aim to process orders within 7-10 business days. This processing time may vary during peak seasons and promotions. I will communicate any delays before hand.

Processing Large Orders and Custom Orders:

For large orders and custom orders, please anticipate a processing time of 10 - 14 working days. Each large or custom order will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and I will provide personalized assistance.

Delivery Options:

1. Pudo Locker to Locker Courier - R70:

- Delivery within 2-4 days.

2. Courier Guy Standard Delivery - R120:

- Delivery within 3-4 days.

Large Items/Orders:

For large items or orders requiring special handling, shipping cost will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for more information.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, I will notify you of the status. You will also receive a tracking number, allowing you to trace your order at your convenience.
